Every time in Kuta, I choose this place. The staff are lovely, everyone. The location is good, 2 miles from Kuta Beach. The hotel serves good breakfast.

we were there for 7 days, everything was good, greatly enjoyed its peaceful location near to airport, and mal bali galleria. the room was exceptionally nice when upgraded with a sofa bed and music, for instance. the breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was very quick.

The rooms are stylish and reasonably spacious with sofa bed and music, as for instance and the staff are superbly friendly. The breakfast itself is very very good and the food is great.

The hotel has a great location, just a short drive from the airport and close to popular attractions like Waterbomb. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The restaurant offers a delicious breakfast and live noodle station. The staff are friendly and helpful, with one employee in particular providing good support.

The bathroom design and quality of workmanship in the shower area could be improved.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was perfect with a comfortable sofa and additional blankets provided on request. The restaurant provided a live Noodles counter, fresh fruits, and a great egg station for breakfast. The staff were fantastic and always ready to support, especially Ms. Ari at the front desk who assisted me with getting a breakfast box. The hotel's cleanliness and eco-friendliness were impressive with no single-use plastics in the room and stainless steel water bottles provided for use during my stay. Finally, the hotel's location made it easy to access Waterbomb Bali and only 20 minutes away from the airport.

Great value for money and comfortable rooms make this hotel an excellent choice. The breakfast offered fresh fruits and local options that were delicious. The gym was well-equipped and new, providing a great workout during our stay. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

The bathroom design was not ideal, as the floor got wet and it was difficult to use the top shower head without causing damage to the ceiling cement board. the walls were thin, so we could hear noise from other guests and the housekeeping staff.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good view from the window. The location was convenient, with easy access to main attractions and public transport.

The staff didn't seem very friendly or helpful. There was an odd smell in the room, which made it unpleasant to stay for long periods.

We had a great time at Fairfield in Kuta. The staff at the reception managed to get us an interconnecting room for our family, which was perfect. The gym was well-equipped and we enjoyed using it. The breakfast was delicious, especially the egg station and fresh fruits. The hotel restaurant was fully air-conditioned, unlike some other places we've stayed at. The staff, especially Karang at the bar, Wina taking orders for eggs, and Agus/Rahman in the restaurant, were fantastic and made us feel welcome. The hotel's location was convenient, only 5 minutes from Waterbomb Bali and about 20 minutes from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of our room. We were also impressed by the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to various attractions. we highly recommend this venue to families and anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.
